Eric Hillman, owner of Hillman Realty & Appraisal Company, is a licensed and certified real estate appraiser in Minnesota and Wisconsin and has over 30 years of appraisal experience.
He is also a real estate broker in Minnesota and represents both buyers and sellers.
Rental properties are an area of expertise. He presently owns more than 30 properties in the Duluth/Superior region and has appraised or helped clients buy or sell many others.
